The Role of Participatory Extension Approach in Sustainable Development of Ecotourism and Rural Tourism

اكوتوريسم و گردشگري روستايي به عنوان ابزاري براي توسعه پايدار محسوب مي شوند و برنامه ريزي و مديريت صحيح توسعه اكوتوريسم امري حياتي است در غير اين صورت اكوتوريسم خود تهديدي براي تنوع زيستي و آنچه خود بدان وابسته است خواهد بود. بررسي نقش رهيافت مشاركتي ترويج در توسعه پايدار اكوتوريسم و گردشگري روستايي موضوع اصلي مقاله حاضر است دراين ميان نكته قابل توجه اين است كه چگونه بايد ذينفعان مختلف در فرآيند اجرا و توسعه گردشگري روستايي مشاركت كننده و از منافع اقتصادي و اجتماعي اين نوع گردشگري اطلاع يابند؟ براي تشريح دقيق موضوع اين مقاله در دو بخش ارائه شده است در بخش اول نخست به ارائه تعريفي جامع از اكوتوريسم و گردشگري روستايي پرداخته شده سپس، ويژگي ها و اصول اكوتوريسم پايدار مطرح شده است در ادامه مفهوم توسعه پايدار مطرح شده و در پايان پيامدهاي منفي حاصل از عدم مديريت و برنامه ريزي صحيح اكوتوريسم و گردشگري روستايي مطرح شده است. در بخش دوم رهيافت مشاركتي ترويج براي توسعه پايدار اكوتوريسم و گردشگري روستايي با تاكيد بر مشاركت ذينفعان مختلف دولتهاي ملي، سازمانهاي غيردولتي، بخش خصوصي و جوامع محلي مطرح شده است، همچنين بر روش هاي ترويجي در تبليغات و خدمات اطلاع رساني مطلوب اكوتوريسم و گردشگري روستايي و آموزش و تقويت نيروي انساني صنعت گردشگري روستايي اشاره شده است روش جمع آوري اطلاعات در مقاله حاضر به شيوه ي مطالعه اسنادي است. نتايج نشان داد كه اكوتوريسم و گردشگري روستايي زمينه هايي براي بالا بردن سطح استاندارد زندگي جوامع محلي بدون بهره برداري ناپايدار از منابع طبيعي يا از دست دادن مظاهر فرهنگي خود مي باشند. رهيافت مشاركتي يك فرايند برنامه ريزي و مديريت مثبت را ارايه مي كند كه با محسوب نمودن موضوعات گسترده تري در جهت دستيبابي به اهداف توسعه پايدار روستايي حركت مي نمايد.

Ecotourism and rural tourism are counted as tools for sustainable development and correct planning and management is essential, if not case ecotourism itself will be such threat for biodiversity and what ever is related to it. The original topic in this paper is examination of the role of participatory extension approach in sustainable development of ecotourism and rural tourism. In this case important point is how should participate the different stakeholders in implementation and development process of rural tourism and be aware of social and economic benefit of this kind of tourism? For exact explanation of the topic, this paper present in two parts. In primary part express comprehensive definition of ecotourism and rural tourism, then has explain characteristics and principle of sustain ecotourism, its sequentially express the concept of sustainable development ,and at the end explain negative consequence of lack of management and planning of ecotourism and rural tourism. In second part are discussed the participatory extension approach for sustainable development of ecotourism and rural tourism with emphasis on participate different stakeholders (national governments, non government organizations (NGO), the private sector and local communities). Also has pinpoint to extension methods in propaganda and desired awareness service of ecotourism and rural tourism and education and strengthening human recourse rural tourism industry .the way of collection data in this paper is review of recourse. The result indicates that, ecotourism and rural tourism are the bases for enhancing standard level of local community life without unsustainable exploitation from natural recourse or lose of themselves culture. Participatory approach present a positive planning and management process that with including extended topics is moving toward accessing the goals of sustainable rural development.
