اهميت و كاربرد «طنز و مزاح» در آموزش كشاورزي

Importance and Utilization of Humor in Agricultural Education

آموزش فرآيندي پيچيده و هدفمند است كه در پي ايجاد تغيير در مخاطبان خود مي باشد. صاحب نظران اهرم و تكيه گاه آموزش اثر بخش را ارتباطات مي دانند. شوخي و مزاح يك ابزار ارتباطي چندكاركردي است كه در شرايط و موقعيتهاي مختلف آموزشي مي تواند كارايي داشته باشد . مزاح قسمتي از زندگي ما است و لذا مي بايستي قسمتي از كلاس درس نيز باشد بخصوص در كشاورزي كه فعاليتهاي آموزشي - ترويجي عين زندگي كشاورز است. مزاح و بذله گويي، يك ابزار مهم در ايجاد محيط يادگيري مثبت است . در اين مطالعه كتابخانه اي، ابتدا اهميت مزاح و سپس تئوري ها و كاركردهاي مختلف مزاح ارائه شده است. تمركز اين مقاله بر تاثيرات شوخي و مزاح بر آموزش و يادگيري مي باشد. لذا به بررسي تحقيقاتي در اين زمينه پرداخته شده و مكانيزمهاي اثر بخشي شوخ طبعي در كلاس و نقش مزاح در مديريت كلاس هاي آموزشي-ترويجي تشريح شده است. نكات لازم الرعيه در بكارگيري مزاح در آموزش و محدوديتهاي مرتبط با آن از مباحث ديگر مطرح شده مي باشد. در پايان نيز نتيجه گيري شده است كه كاربرد شوخي در فعاليتهاي آموزشي - ترويجي مي تواند يك ابزار بسيار اثربخش در آموزش باشد، به شرط آن كه مناسب و غير توهين آميز باشد . در يك جمع بندي مي توان ادعا كرد كه افزايش و ارتقاء عزت نفس؛ بهبود انگيزه؛ كاهش استرس؛ كاهش اضطراب؛ بهبود روحيه و شكل گيري كارهاي تيمي و گروهي از مزاياي بارز استفاده از مزاح در فعاليتهاي آموزشي به حساب مي آيند.

Education is a complex and purposeful process that tends to make some changes in the target clients. According to educational experts, communication is the core of training process. “Humor” is a multi-functional communication instrument that can be useful and effective in different situations. Humor is a part of our life, so it should be a part of our training classes especially in agriculture in which, training activities are closely related to farmers livelihood. Humors make a positive condition in learning process. This analytical study, conducted by reviewing literatures, is going to discuss the importance of humor and then, related theories and utilization of humor will be presented. The paper is focused on impacts of humor in training and learning processes. Also, effective mechanism of humor application in training sessions, the role of humor in session’s management, and the advantages and disadvantages of humor in training will be illustrated. At the end, it is concluded that utilization of humor can increase the effectiveness of training if used in appropriate and inoffensive way. Consequently, it can be claimed that increasing self-esteem, motivation improvement, decreasing stress, increasing relaxation, and improving team activities, are the main advantages of humor utilization in agricultural training activities.
