نقش زنان روستايي در معيشت پايدار و تصميم گيري هاي امور خانوار

Rural Women Roles in Sustainable Livelihoods and Decision Making process of their Households

بسياري از مطالعات براهميت نقش زنان روستايي در اقتصاد خانوار تاكيد داشته اند با اين وجود مشخص نيست كه اين نقش ها در چه زمينه هايي بوده و آيا دچار دگرگوني شده اند هدف كلي اين تحقيق بررسي نقش زنان روستايي در معيشت و تصميم گيري هاي امور خانوار است براي اجراي اين پژوهش از دو روش اسنادي و مطالعه ميداني پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را زنان روستايي چهار روستاي همايون، تهم، پايين كوه و پيرزاغه از روستاهاي استان زنجان تشكيل مي داد كه بصورت نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. يافته هاي حاصل از اين پژوهش نشان داد كه زنان روستايي براين امر اعتقاد داشتند كه درحد زيادي در معيشت خانوار موثرند و اين درحالي بود كه آنها معتقد بودند كه مردان آنها تا حدي از نقش آنان آگاه بودند و به آن ارج مي نهادند نقش آنان در تصميم گيري امور داخل منزل درحد زياد درصد ارزيابي گرديد درحالي است كه اين نقش در امور خارج منزل درحد كم مشخص شد نقش زنان در تصميم گيري هاي مربوط به توليد كم بود و تنها در چند مورد از امور مثل دامداري صنايع تبديلي و صنايع دستي تا حدودي نقش داشتند در صورتي كه درساير امور درحدبسيار كم و يا اصلا هيچ گونه دخالتي نداشتند. اين واقعيت نيز به چشم مي خورد كه ميزان مشاركت زنان در تصميم گيري هاي مربوط به امور پس از توليد بسيار كمتر از امور مربوط به توليد است.

Many studies have emphasized on the importance of rural women roles in the household economy, but not much knowledge exists to describe the type of activities associated with these roles and if they have been changed so far. This research is to examine the rural women role in household livelihoods and decision-making. The case study conducted through a document analysis and a structured interview using a random sample of the rural women aged between 10 and 70 years in four villages of Homayon, Taham, Paeen Kooh and Pir Zaghe in Zanjan province of Iran. The results showed that the rural women had a substantial contribution to their households. Almost they stay with this opinion that their role was highly important in their household livelihoods, while they believe that their spouses or fathers were to some extent, aware of the women’s role and appreciated their roles. Although, they were highly involved in decision-making of their households’ internal activities, only a small percent of them engaged in the decision-making of activities outside their home. They showed a low decision-making contribution to agricultural production and to some extent in livestock holding, food processing inside their homes and craft making. However, in decision-making process of other activities, few people or none are involved. The rural women participation in decision-making regarding post-harvest activities is much lower than that of production stages.
