Synthesize & characterization of Na-Y zeolite using Domestic raw material

The present paper describes a process for synthesis of kaolin based zeolite Y with using seed gel under hydrothermal condition . in this research , is consisting one step for preparation seed gel . the clay was calcined in a muffle furnace to get metakaolin .Under stirring metakaolin powder was added to solution of sodium silicate, seed gel and NaOH. under Hydrothermal condition, the reaction mixture can yield zeolite NaY. this process might result in a commercial route to synthesize NaY zeolites from kaolin.
