Zeolite and their applications in fisheries industry

Zeolites were presented by a Swedish mineralogist as alumino-silicate minerals in 1756 [1]. They were utilized on a limited smallscale basis because of insufficient information and ignorance of the structure and the specifications of such minerals [2]. Zeolite and the relevant applications in the marine creature nurturing industry Zeolite has been utilized on a highly applied and vast scale to nurture chilly water fishes, shrimp and the fabrication of Zeolite filters to eliminate the ammonia which is formulated due to the environmental activities of such creatures.
