Using Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this
paper intends to rank the dimensions of organizational health. In
order to identify the dimensions of organizational health, 26 substandards
were selected based on the latest model of World Health
Organization WHOQOL-SRPB. For the purpose of identifying the
sub-standards related to the organizational health of the
organization staffs under consideration, 24 sub-standards were
selected out of the 26 sub-standards based on the organizational
experts’ views as related sub-standards. In the next stage, using
Fuzzy AHP, the sub-standards identified in the previous stage
were ranked and to do this job, software MATLAB R2015a was
used.
