Disasters are serious problems that damage the infrastructures and face the human societies with death, disease and economic losses. Optimization models play a critical role in disaster management as they can enable decision makers to handle appropriately the challenges of disaster problems. Disaster operations can be performed pre-disasters, during disasters or after disasters. Resource management, planning and scheduling are vital after the earthquake to reduce the damage and death rate. In this paper, two emergency post disaster activities for earthquake, evacuation and aid distribution in the response phase are evaluated and a mathematical model is presented. The model is a multi- period, multi-commodity and multi-objective that developed based on robust optimization approaches.
