چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي و ارزيابي عوامل مؤثر بر موفقيت سيستم گلستان در بين اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه بيرجند است كه پس از شناسايي اثر اين عوامل، در جهت بهبود سيستم اقدام شود. نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده ها، توصيفي- همبستگي است. جامعه ي آماري را اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشكده هاي دانشگاه بيرجند تشكيل داده اند. در پژوهش حاضر، پرسشنامه اي برگرفته از پرسشنامه "پذيرش فناوري و و و ونگ" تدوين شد كه پايايي آن 0
0/95 به دست آمد. روايي پرسشنامه نيز از طريق روش تحليل عاملي مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. در تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، براي بررسي وضعيت ابعاد و شاخص ها از روش تحليل مسير و معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه اگر كاربران از سيستم گلستان، اطلاعات مفيدي به دست آورند و به اين نتيجه برسند كه مزايا بيشتر از هزينه يا تلاش به كار گرفته جهت استفاده از سيستم است، نگرش مثبتي نسبت به سيستم خواهند يافت و به طور مؤثر از آن استفاده خواهند كرد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study is to identification and evaluate factors which affect success Golestan system of Birjand university faculty members which after identifying effect of actions should be taken for improving the system. It is an applied study regarding the purpose and is a descriptive- co-relational study considering the method of collecting data. The population of this study consists of faculty members of Birjand university. In this study, questionnaire based on " Wu and Wang technology acceptance" questionnaire was developed which its stability was 95%. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by Factor analysis method. In data analysis, to examine the situation of dimensions and indexes, the path analysis method and structural equivalences were applied. Results showed that if users of the Golestan system to obtain useful information and come to the conclusion that the benefits exceed the cost or effort applied to the system, Will have a positive attitude towards the system and will use it effectively.
