Nowadays using traditional methods for making metal models for wind tunnel experiments are very expensive and time consuming. One of the best ways to manufacture wind tunnel model is rapid proto typing method. There are so many way for rapid prototyping process, but one of the largest applications of rapid proto typing is FDM and POLY JET method, that is discussed in this paper. Also advantages and disadvantages of these processes were investigated. The results of the tests have been compared with the results of manufacture companies in FDM and POLY JET processes and parameters such as tolerance and roughness surface are discussed due to samples which are made by FDM and POLY JET methods. The designing of making a Supersonic wing based on rapid proto typing are expressed. For strength analysis the wind tunnel model has been meshed in Abacus software and maximum pressure has been investigated. In results the maximum tension and relocation of wind tunnel model are studied and relocation charts around Leading edge and Trilling edge along the length of both sides of the model have been compared and evaluated.
