In this paper a superheater tube of SA213-T91 steel was studied and by using an incremental procedure utilizing finite element modeling and an empirical formulae, described relation between Larson Miller Parameter (LMP) and oxide scale over a period of time, the increase of temperature and growth of oxide scale were predicted and then life assessment of tube was carried out in the form of creep cumulative damages that were in agreement with actual data.
