Wear is in effect, elimination from one surface or transmission of material from the contact surface to another. In sketching of the dry sliding contact, wear consists of elimination of material due to friction heat, divesting partial oxide layer and elimination of material transmission from one surface to the other surface. Wear generally is created by use of sliding segments on another. Some examples would be a lateral surface of roller with ring edge, surface of cupboard cells, cupboards and guidance surface of bearing. In this paper attempts were made to create and present mathematical modeling of bearing wear. Initially, equations governing the wear were written, application of which was chosen to be ball bearing mostly utilized in shafts where makes the bearing wear occur. Subsequently, equations and parameters governing on acoustic emission for the test were written and introduced. Upon conducting the previous tasks, all equations governing wear modeling and acoustic emission were placed simultaneously at the same level to attain the sole equation to provide the rate of bearing wear based on the acoustic emission parameters.
