International tourism management is a field consisting of various positions designed to increase tourism for a certain company or location on the global level and Continue reading is for an overview of degree programs, as well as career and salary information for some career options for graduates. The world is an amazing place, and people love to explore it, but international travel often requires support, planning, and guidance. The international tourism management sector encompasses a wide variety of jobs, including tour guides, travel clerks, travel agents and guides, lodging managers, and tourism marketing managers. Some entry-level jobs require only a high school diploma and hands-on training, but senior management positions call for a bachelor s or master s degree. This research have been tried to examine the main role which different careers play in increasing and attracting of tourists and in somehow making jobs for public and private sectors directly and indirectly for societies. Findings indicate that career goal and positive job valence toward the industry of tourism are significantly related to academic performance. The results of this study contribute to the limited literature on the relationship between career goal and academic performance on tourism management and advantages which come from the produced jobs.
