University course scheduling is one of the most important issues in Azad University. Unfurl tanately, in most of the universities, the scheduling management is headed by unskilled person, which causes a lot of financial and educational drawback. So, in this paper. We offer an intelligent method for performing virtual group management, using memetic Algorithm. And we show how much information technology can be helpful in decreasing expenses and time
