بررسي نقش ميانجي سبك زندگي در پيش بيني تاب آوري براساس ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي

Investigating the role of life style intermediary in predicting resilience based on personality trait

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نقش ميانجي سبك زندگي در پيش بيني تاب آوري براساس ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي و هوش هيجاني در دانشجويان دانشگاه اردكان بود روش اين پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است جامعه كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه اردكان بودند و نمونه پژوهش 243 نفر از دانشجويان انتخاب شدند روش پژوهش از نوع تصادفي ساده بود براي اندازه‌گيري متغيرها از پرسشنامه‌هاي سبك زندگي لعلي و همكاران تاب‌آوري ديويدسون ويژگي شخصيتي نئو و هوش هيجاني وانگ و لاو استفاده شد به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون كولموگروف اسميرنوف فرض توزيع نرمال داده و بررسي مدل و آزمون فرضيات از مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري مبتني بر نرم‌افزار pls استفاده شد يافته‌ها با توجه به مقدار آماره T جداول نشان مي‌دهد كه كليه مسيرها نشان مي‌دهد در سطح اطمينان 95درصد همه مسيرها تأثير معنادار داشته است بنابراين سبك زندگي در رابطه ويژگي شخصيتي و تاب‌آوري نقش ميانجي‌گري داشته و به‌طور مستقيم تأثيري بر تاب‌‎آوري داشته است

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of life style mediator in prediction of resilience based on personality traits and emotional intelligence in Ardakan University students The method of this research is descriptive correlational All students of Ardakan University were selected and 243 students were selected The research method was simple random To measure the variables Laley etal lifestyle questionnaires Davidsons Resilience Neo Characteristic Characteristics and Wang and Low Emotional Intelligence were used In order to analyze the data Kolmogorov-Smirnov test assuming normal distribution of data and modeling and testing of hypotheses were used to model structural equations based on pls software Findings show that all of the paths show that 95 percent of all paths have a significant effect on the level of reliability of T statistics. Therefore lifestyle in the relationship between personality trait and resilience has a mediating role and directly has an effect on resilience
