The quality of the effectiveness of the role of encouragement in increasing students learning

به طور كلي از قديم الايام نقش تشويق و استفاده از آن هم در تعليم و تربيت رسمي و مدرسه و هم در تعليم و تربيت غير رسمي و خانواده معمول و رايج بوده است. كودكان از همان دوران كودكي با تشويق و داشتن احساس خوشايند نسبت به آن آشنا مي شوند. لذا با مطالعه ديدگاه هاي دانشمندان اسلامي و روان شناسان تربيتي به اهميت تشويق و اثرات آن بر يادگيري پي مي بريم. بنابراين هدف اين مقاله، شناسايي چگونگي تأثير تشويق بر يادگيري دانش آموزان و چگونگي نوع و ميزان اثربخشي آن در فرآيند يادگيري فراگيران مطرح است. روش پژوهش حاضر به صورت مطالعه مروري و كتابخانه اي انجام شده است. يافته هاي پژوهش مبني بر تأثير تشويق و اثرگذاري آن بر افزايش يادگيري دانش آموزان مدنظر مي باشد. در اين راستا به انواع تشويق، معايب، محاسن، اندازه، ميزان و تأثير آن بر يادگيري پرداخته ايم. در نتيجه، اصل تربيت انسان بر تشويق و ترغيب استوار است، نه تنبيه و مجازات و اصولا تشويق و تقويت رفتار مثبت كودكان، سبب شكل گيري عادات مطلوب در آنها مي شود و انگيزۀ يادگيري آنان را توسعه مي بخشد.

Therefore, by studying the views of Islamic scholars and educational psychologists, we recognize the importance of encouragement and its effects on learning. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify how impacts of encouragement on student learning and how it is and how effective it is in the learning process of learners. The method of this study was conducted through a review of the library. The findings of the research are based on the effect of its encouragement and its effect on increasing the students learning.
