Toxicity assessment tests provided some of the required responses to protect the aquatic environment. Due to the necessity of these responses, such tests should use efficiently and methods to achieve significant results. Many researchers have argued that acute toxicity studies did not seem to be adequate, therefore more attention should be paid to non-lethal effects. For example, following the description of the routine method for calculating LC50suggested. LC50 for marine fish is different and should be count for each species at 96h. Methods such as histopathology, histochemistry, hematology, biochemistry and physiology may be used to identify the method and severity of toxic substance. Some of these methods apply more than other methods in the area of toxicity in fish. Understanding performance practices can sometimes help prevent inappropriate normalization of toxicity. For example, the extent to which exposure to waste is impacted is determined primarily by the biological measurement of fish. Reducing the toxicity in fish meanscreating satisfactory conditions for other animals. The hypothesis that the toxic material method is the same for different types of animals may be dangerously inaccurate.
