In this paper, a cubic trigonometric B-spline method is used for finding the solution of variational problems associated with engineering and physics. We use Euler-Lagrange equation to convert the calculus of variations in ordinary differential equation form. The convergence of the method is proved. The Some examples are also given to illustrate the accuracy an applicability of the presented method.
