رشد افقي شهرها به تبع افزايش سريع جمعيت منجر به بالا رفتن قيمت زمين در شهرها شده و متعاقبا نظام توزيع متناسب و اختصاص فضاهاي متناسب را به برخي از خدمات اساسي چون مراكز درماني با مشكل روبه رو ساخت. تامين سلامت براي يكايك مردم در هر جامع از حقوق اساسي انسان هاست كه بايد به وسيله دولت ها و متوليان امور مورد توجه جدي قرار گيرد. عدم تعادل در خدمات اساسي همچون درماني و نظام توزيع نامتعادل آن سبب بروز چالش هاي عمده اي مي شود كه در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادي و ترافيكي كالبدي نمود خود را بيان مي كند. بدين منظور در اين مقاله كه با هدف مشخص كردن عوامل موثر بر مكان گزيني مراكز درماني بوده؛ در ابتدا متغير ها و شاخص هاي اصلي و تاثير گذار بر مكان گزيني مراكز درماني استخراج شده و با استفاده از پرسشنامه متد سلسله مراتبي كه توسط چند تن از خبرگان مربوطه بوده رتبه بندي مي شود. پس از رتبه بندي شاخص هاي به دست آمده با استفاده از روش سلسله مراتبي به منظور بررسي مراكز درماني در سطح منطقه 1 شهرداري تهران و بررسي تناسب و تعادل توزيع مراكز درماني با استفاده از سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي به روش سلسله مراتبي به مكان گزيني مراكز درماني در سطح منطقه 1 شهرداري تهران پرداخته شد. نتايج به دست آمده بيانگر اين موضوع بود كه نواحي شمال شرقي و شرقي منطقه 1 تهران از نظر دسترسي به مراكز درماني با چالش هاي عمده اي روبه رو بوده اند و محدوده هاي مشخص شده در سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي بيانگر اين چالش در نواحي شرقي و شمال شرقي بوده است. نقطه انتخابي توسط سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي محدوده هايي در اين حوزه هاي مي باشد.

The horizontal growth of the cities as a result of the rapid population growth has led to rising land prices in the cities, and subsequently the proportional distribution system and the allocation of appropriate spaces to some basic services such as medical centers have encountered a problem. Providing health to every single person in any comprehensive society is a fundamental human right that should be taken seriously by governments and custodians. The imbalance in basic services such as medical treatment and its unbalanced distribution system poses major challenges that are reflected in various aspects of physical and physical traffic. To this end, in this paper, with the aim of identifying the factors influencing the location of the medical centers, at first, the variables and main indicators influencing the location of the treatment centers were extracted and using a hierarchical method questionnaire, The relevant experts are ranked. After ranking the indices obtained using the hierarchical method for the study of medical centers in the district of the municipality of Tehran and the study of the proportion and balance distribution of health centers using the geographical information system in a hierarchical way to the location of treatment centers in Level 1 of the municipality of Tehran was dealt with. The results indicate that the northeastern and eastern regions of Tehran 1 have faced major challenges in terms of access to health centers, and the areas identified in the GIS represent this challenge in eastern and northeastern regions have been. The selected point of reference by the GIS is the range in these areas.
