با نگاهي به تاريخ بشر مي توان به اين اصل دريافت كه انسان اصولا موجودي اجتماعي و جمع گرا است ، اما گذر زمان ، ظهور تكنولوژي و ابزار هاي ارتباطي مدرن و از طرفي ماشيني و كار محور شدن جوامع مدرن موجب افزايش فرد گرايي و عدم شركت افراد در پويايي و تعاملات اجتماعي جوامع و شهر ها شده است . از آنجايي كه شهر قم به عنوان يك شهر پر جمعيت و شهري كه جمعيت طبعه هاي خارجي بسياري دارد ، مي تواند براي پروژه هاي فرهنگي از اين قبيل بسيار مناسب باشد . در اين پروژه سعي شده تا با كمك معماري موجب ارتقا تعاملات حضوري اجتماعي عموم مردم و موجب رشد علمي ، فرهنگي ، هنري استان شويم و همچنين فضايي براي سرگرمي و تفريح سالم عموم مردم نيز ايجاد كرده باشيم .

Through this project, we have tried to promote the social interaction of the public and promote the scientific, cultural and artistic development of the province through the help of architecture, as well as create a space for the public amusement and entertainment of the people.
