Population growth and industrial development, as presented in the third plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, increase the solid waste, followed by the physical and chemical changes of these materials. Generally, landfill sites should be located at a location that has the least damage in a variety of ways, including environmental, social and economic. Meanwhile, staging a location is one of the most important stages of implementation, because the proper mechanization can significantly increase many predictable problems at the landfill site. Among these problems are biological and geomorphologic, social and economic aspects. This means that recognizing and categorizing the criteria and limitations of landfill location for the study area is of particular importance. Considering that in order to analyze issues related to problem analysis, hierarchical analysis, such as what is done in the human brain, is examined for the priority of environmental and economic studies of waste incineration, and 17 criteria based on The opinion of specialists was determined and determined. Several indicators were then determined using the hierarchical analysis process. In order to determine the zoning after measuring the criteria, based on the expert opinion, the weight criterion was calculated. In the next step, the creation of the database in the GIS software environment was done using the standardization strategy of the criteria in the form of information and the result of this stage was the creation of information with a desirable fuzzy. Which is defined for this step for each fuzzy criterion that is consistent with that criterion. In the next step, to get the best places, the layers should be combined and at this stage fuzzy method was performed taking into account the hemopoiesis fuzzy weights. By combining the criteria, an information layer was created which classified the optimal areas by classifying this layer
