در اين كار تحقيقي، نمونه ي Y_(1-x) 〖Ba〗_2 cu_3 O_(7-δ) به روش حالت جامد ساخته شدند. در تركيب YBCO ساختار ودماي بحراني وخط برگشت ناپذير وچگالي جريان بحراني ونيروي ميخكوبش شارمورد بررسي قرار گرفت .همچنين مغناطش را به صورت تابعي از دماM-T)), حلقه هاي مغناطيسي M-H))را در دمايK10وK20وK30وK40وK50 وK60 اندازه گيري كرديم
چكيده لاتين :
In this research work, the Y1Ba2 Cu3 O (7-δ) sample was constructed in solid state. In the composition of YBCO, we investigated the structure, critical temperature (Tc), irreversibility line (IL), critical current density, JC and flux line pinning force are investigated. We also measured magnetization as a function of temperature (M-T) and magnetic loops (M-H) at constant temperatures 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K, 50K and 60K.
