بررسي تأثير آموزش مهارت هاي ارتباطي بر رفتار شهروندي دانش آموزان ابتدايي

چكيده هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير آموزش مهارتهاي ارتباطي بر رفتار شهروندي دانش‌آموزان ابتدايي ناحيه چهار كرج است. طرح تحقيق از نوع نيمه تجربي با طرح پيش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه كنترل مي باشد. اين پژوهش در جامعه دانش آموزان پسر پايه ششم ابتدايي ناحيه چهار كرج در سال تحصيلي 97-96 انجام شد كه تعداد آنها 3241 نفر بودند. در ابتدا با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده يك مدرسه انتخاب و سپس با همين روش 60 دانش آموز در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. براي گروه آزمايش مهارتهاي ارتباطي به مدت 10 جلسه آموزش داده شد ولي براي گروه كنترل آموزش داده نشد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد تربيت شهروندي تابش(1391)، با ابعاد قانون گرايي، روحيه مشاركت جويي، مسئوليت پذيري و اعتماد به نفس بود. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ پرسشنامه تربيت شهروندي 895/0 شد. روايي پرسشنامه نيز مورد تاييد متخصيصن قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون k-s، آزمون لوين و آزمون تحليل كواريانس مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج آزمون تحليل كوواريانس نشان داد بين ميانگين نمرات رفتار شهروندي (963/20f=، 01/0 p (در بين هردوتفاوت معناداري وجود دارد كه نشان از تأثير آموزش مهارت هاي ارتباطي بر رفتار شهروندي دانش‌آموزان است. همچنين آموزش مهارت هاي ارتباطي بر ابعاد رفتار شهروندي ( بعد قانون گرايي، بعد مشاركت جويي، بعد مسئوليت پذيري و بعد اعتماد به نفس)، دانش‌آموزان پسر پايه ششم ابتدايي ناحيه چهار كرج مؤثر بوده است.

Abstract The purpose of this study is the effect of communication skills education on citizenship behavior in elementary students in the fourth district of Karaj. Research design was type of quasi#experimental design with pre#test # post#test with the control group. This rese was done in society students son of grade The sixth of elementary in the fourth district of Karaj in the acadmic year study 2017#2018 that were the number 3241. At the beginning a simple random sampling method was chosen and then 60 students were randomly assigned into two groups. Cronbach s alpha of citizenship behavior questionnaire 0.895 Was calculated. validity of the questionnaires was approved by proficient. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov #Smirnov test For normal data, Levene test and covariance test. The results of the Covarians analysis tests showed that There is Significant difference between the mean of citizenship behavior scores p#0.01 f#20.963 between two that is indicates of the effect of communication skills education on citizenship train in elementary students. Also the communication skills education is the effect on citizenship train dimensions the Law of dimensions the spirit of contributions of dimensions the accountability of dimensions and the confidence of dimensions students son of grade The sixth of elementary in the fourth district of Karaj.
