تحليل رابطه بين رهبري اخلاقي و توانمندسازي روان شناختي كاركنان شركت آبفاي كاشان

The analysis of relationship between moral leadership and psychological empowerment in personnel s Water organization in Kashan

هدف پژوهش، تحليل رابطه رهبري اخلاقي و توانمندسازي كاركنان شركت آبفاي كاشان بود. نوع پژوهش كاربردي و روش آن توصيفي همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كاركنان شركت آب كاشان به تعداد 303 نفر بود كه از ميان آنها تعداد 118 نفر به روش تصادفي ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گرديدند. در اين پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه رهبري اخلاقي با 35 سوال و پرسشنامه توانمندسازي شغلي با 20 سوال استفاده شد. جهت سنجش روايي پرسشنامه از روايي محتوايي و سازه استفاده گرديد. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي رهبري اخلاقي حدود 87/0 و توانمندسازي 79/0 برآورد گرديد. تحليل نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري آموس وSPSS.18 در دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي انجام شد. يافته ها نشان داد بين همه مولفه هاي رهبري اخلاقي و توانمندسازي شغلي كاركنان رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. ضرايب رگرسيون نشان داد توانمندسازي شغلي كاركنان از روي همه ابعاد رهبري اخلاقي قابل پيش بيني است.

The main purpose of this research was to study of relationship between moral leadership and empowerment in personnel s Water organization in Kashan. The statistical population of the research was entire personnel s Water organization equal to (n=303), that were selected 118 people by simple random sampling. The instrument of information gathering in this research were moral leadership questionnaire with 35 items and empowerment questionnaire with 20 items on base Likert five scales. Questionnaires validity done through construction content validity. Questionnaires reliability estimated by Cronbach Alpha Coefficient equal 0.87 for moral leadership and 0.79 for empowerment. Analyzing data’s done in descriptive level and inferential statistic by Spss 18 Amos Graphic Software s. The results of this research showed that there are positive and significant relations between all of moral leadership components and empowerment in personnel s Water organization. In addition, regression coefficients showed all of moral leadership components have predictability personnel s empowerment.
