مديريت يكي از عرصه‌هاي مهم و قابل توجه در سبك زندگي اسلامي است. مديريت جهادي برخاسته از فرهنگ جهادي و حاكي از مديريت بر مبناي ارزش‌هاي اسلامي است. بر اساس اين تحقيق مي‌توان گفت مهم‌ترين مولفه‌هاي جهاد، بذل طاقت براي رسيدن به مطلوب با مولفه‌هاي عقل، علم، تقوا، نهادينه كردن اخلاق و ارزش‌هاي ديني، قناعت و توجه به بيت‌المال، سخت‌كوشي و خستگي‌ناپذيري، خودباوري، انعطاف‌پذيري، اسوه مداري، ولايت مداري و اعتصام و توكل به خدا است و مديريت جهادي به كار گرفتن اين مولفه‌ها همراه با كاربست تمامي استعدادها، توانمندي‌ها و بن‌مايه‌هاي فردي، اعتقادي و سازماني مدير به منظور تحقق هدف والاي آن يعني ارتقاي كمي و كيفي حيات انسان است؛ بنابراين مي‌توان گفت مدير در تحقق مديريت جهادي نقش اساسي و ارزشمند ايفاء مي‌كند. جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز همانند ساير كشورها، داراي مولفه‌هايي است كه اقتصاد مقاومتي از جمله‌ي اين مولفه‌ها است؛ كه هجمه و تحريم‌هاي يك‌جانبه‌ي غرب عليه كشورمان، ضرورت اجرايي شدن اين موضوع را در سرتاسر كشور، سازمان‌ها و نهادها فراهم آورده است. به اين موضوع نيز بايستي توجه داشت كه تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي در گرو مديريت جهادي بوده و متناسب با ساختارها و امكانات موجود در كشور است كه با انجام يك حركت جهادي مي‌توان گام‌هاي موثري در راستاي تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي برداشت.

Management is one of the important and considerable areas in Islamic way of life. jihadi management arising from jihadist culture and about is management based to Islamic values. Based on this research, can be said the most important of Jihad components, are the provision of endurance to achieve the desired with elements of reason, science, piety, institutionalization of moral and religious values, Contentment and attention to the treasury, hard work and tireless, Self-belief, flexibility, the Pattern orientation, the velayat orientation and Etesam and trust in God, and jihadi management is using these components along with the application of all the talents, capabilities and motifs of manager s individualing, believing and organizational to achieving high the goal, namely to improve the quantity and quality of human life. so it can be said, the manager plays an important and valuable role in the realization of jihadist management. the Islamic Republic of Iran, like the other countries, has components that the resistive economy is one of these components; which the West attack and unilateral sanctions against our country has provided the necessity of implementing it across the country, organizations and institutions.
