Investigating the relationship between information technology and agility in Gonabad s refractory products company

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه فناوري اطلاعات بر چابكي شركت فرآورده هاي ديرگداز مي باشد اين تحقيق كاربردي و از نوع همبستگي مي باشد. جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق شامل كليه كاركنان شركت فرآورده هاي ديرگداز مورد مطالعه است كه تعداد كل آنها 201 نفر مي باشد. حجم نمونه آماري با استفاده از جدول استاندارد مورگان برابر 132نفر به دست آمد. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها در پژوهش حاضر، پرسشنامه يوسفي باغبادراني(1395) مي باشد. روايايي پرسشنامه توسط استاد راهنما و متخصصين تأييد شد. ضريب اعتماد آزمون براي كل پرسشنامه 782/0 است كه در سطح حداقل70% بسيار بالاتر مي باشد. بنابراين پرسشنامه مورد استفاده از پايايي بالايي برخوردار است. براي تحليل داده ها از آزمون همبستگي استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان دادبين پذيرش فناوري اطلاعات و چابكي سازماني شركت فرآورده هاي ديرگداز گناباد رابطه وجود دارد. همچنين بين سودمندي ادراك شده كارمندان باپذيرش فناوري اطلاعات و چابكي سازمان رابطه وجود دارد .بين سهولت ادراك شده كارمندان باپذيرش فناوري اطلاعات و چابكي سازمان رابطه وجوددارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology on the agility of refractory products company. This research is applied and correlational. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of the refractory products company, whose total number is 201 persons. The sample size was 132 with a standard Morgan table. The data gathering tool was Yusufi Baghbadarani (2016) questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a professor and a specialist. The test confidence coefficient for the whole questionnaire is 782/0 which is much higher at a level of at least 70%. Therefore, the questionnaire has a high reliability. For data analysis, correlation test was used. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between the acceptance of information technology and organizational agility of Gonabad Refractory products company. There is also a relationship between the perceived usefulness of the IT staff and the agility of the organization. There is a relationship between the perceived ease with which employees accept IT and the agility of the organization.
