اصلي ترين هدف سازمانها استفاده بهينه از عوامل توليد و رسيدن به اثربخشي است.بهره‌گيري از امكانات بخش IT يكي از راهكارهاي مناسب در جهت صرفه جويي زمان،افزايش سرعت پاسخگويي و دقت در انجام كارها،كاهش اثرات زيست محيطي ناشي از مكانيزه شدن فرآيندها و گزارشات است. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي اثر پياده‌سازي اتوماسيون كردن شبكه تجهيزات اكتيو فيبرنوري برمديريت هزينه‌هاي جاري،وقت عملياتي كارشناسان و ارتقاشاخص هاي زيست محيطي ناشي از مكانيزه شدن فرآيندها در فعاليت هاي معاونت بهره‌برداريشركت برق منطقه‌اي زنجان بوده است.داده هاي مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش براساس هزينه‌هاي ناشي از انجام فعاليت‌هاي سنتي فرآيند با استناد به اسناد هزينه‌هاي قبل و بعد از پياده‌سازي نرم افزار مذكور جمع آوري و ارائه گرديده است.
