توانايي شبكه سازي و عملكرد مالي در سرمايه گذاري هاي جديد: اثرات ميانجي حجم سرمايه گذاري، محيط سازماني و تعامل بين آنها (مطالعه موردي: كارآفرينان برتر استان مازندران)

Networking Capacity and Financial Performance in New Investments: Intermediary Effects of Investment Volume, Organizational Environment and Interaction between them (Case Study: Top Employers of Mazandaran Province)

پژوهش حاضر به توانايي شبكه سازي و عملكرد مالي در سرمايه گذاري هاي جديد: اثرات ميانجي حجم سرمايه گذاري، محيط سازماني و تعامل بين آنها (مطالعه موردي: كارآفرينان برتر استان مازندران) پرداخته است. اين پژوهش توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. كليه كارآفرينان برتر استان مازندران به تعداد 150 نفر جامعه آماري پژوهش را تشكيل مي دهند كه 108 نفر از آن ها با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشهاي، به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار اين پژوهش، پرسشنامه مي باشند. پايايي پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ و ضريب پايايي مركب محاسبه و مناسب تشخيص داده شد. براي تعيين روايي اين ابزارها از روايي محتوا و سازه استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها ابتدا با نرم افزار warp-Pls انجام شد نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه توانايي شبكه سازي كارآفرين با عملكرد مالي سرمايه گذاري هاي جديد آنها رابطه دارد حجم سرمايه گذاري ها بر روي رابطه بين توانايي شبكه سازي كارآفرين و عملكرد مالي سرمايه گذاري جديد آنها اثر تعديل كننده دارد. محيط سازماني بر روي رابطه بين توانايي شبكه سازي كارآفرين و عملكرد مالي سرمايه گذاري جديد آنها اثر تعديل كننده دارد و محيط سازماني با حجم سرمايه گذاري رابطه دارد.

The present research studies the ability of networking and financial performance in new investments: the mediating effects of investment volume, organizational environment and interaction between them (Case study: Top Employers of Mazandaran Province). This descriptive study is a survey type. All of the top entrepreneurs in Mazandaran province consist of 150 members of the study population. 108 of them were selected using a Morgan table and cluster random sampling method. The instruments of this research are questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach s alpha coefficient and composite reliability coefficient. To determine the validity of these tools, content and structure validity was used. To analyze the data, the warp-Pls software was first done. The results of the research show that the entrepreneurial networking ability is related to the financial performance of their new investments. The volume of investments is based on the relationship between entrepreneurial networking capability and their new financial performance has a moderating effect. Organizational environment has a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial networking capability and their new financial performance, and the organizational environment is related to the volume of investment.
