چكيده فارسي :
كارآفريني به‌عنوان موتور رشد و توسعه‌ي سازمان‌ها و جوامع شناخته مي‌شود، درواقع فرايند تأسيس يك شغل بر مبناي يك فكر و ايده‌ي نو و راهبردي مي‌باشد. برخي كارآفرينان را اصلي‌ترين نيروي محركه در توسعه اقتصاد رقابتي و موتور گسترش توليد و كيفيت تعريف مي‌كنند كه نقش وي عبارت‌اند از نوآوري يا ايجاد تركيب‌هاي تازه از عملكرد و توليدات و مشخصه اصلي كارآفرين را نوآوري و خلاقيت متحولانِ مي‌دانند. به نظر برخي ديگر كارآفرين كسي است كه بين منابع كمياب و قابليت‌هاي مديريتي و منابع انساني، رابطه معناداري برقرار سازد. به‌هرحال در ديدگاه مشترك صاحب‌نظران، كارآفريني يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل توسعه اقتصادي است آن‌ها معتقدند كارآفرينان قادرند با نوآوري‌ها، تحول ايجاد كنند. از ديدگاه قرآن كريم. تمام هستي به‌ويژه انسان، منابع و ابزارهاي توليد و تمامي فعاليت‌هاي توليدي انسان آيات خداوندي اند و همه آن‌ها را آثار رحمت و فضل خداوند حكيم مي‌داند. همچنين در فرهنگ جامع‌نگر اسلامي آموزه‌هاي زيادي براي كارآفرينان وجود دارد كه همه افراد جامعه را به سمت پويايي سوق مي‌دهد.

Entrepreneurship is known as the engine for the growth and development of organizations and communities, in fact, the process of creating a work is based on a new and strategic thought and idea. Some entrepreneurs, the main force in the development of competition economics and engine, define the expansion of production and quality, which sees innovation as the innovation or the creation of new combinations of performance and production, and the main feature of the entrepreneur is innovation and creativity of the transformers. In other words, the entrepreneur is someone who makes a meaningful relationship between resources and managerial capabilities and human resources. However, in a common view of experts, entrepreneurship is one of the most important factors in economic development. They believe that entrepreneurs are able to innovate. From the point of view of the Holy Qur an, all being, especially human beings, sources and means of production, and all human productive activities, are the revelations of Allah, and all of them are the works of the mercy and the grace of the wise God. Also, in the comprehensive Islamic culture, there are many teachings for entrepreneurs, which all lead to a dynamic society.
