The present study aimed to assess the effects of different concentrations of 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (BMIMBr) on the structure and activity of Chloroperoxidase (CPO) enzyme through the simulation of the CPO enzyme in the presence of two different concentrations of BMIMBr. The Root Mean Square Fluctuation (RMSF) diagrams indicated that the presence of BMIMBr caused changes in the location of compounds such as nitrates, halogens, and organic compounds. The second structure of the protein was examined; as a result, it is less effective in low concentrations of ionic liquids
