The term “ADOcon/depl” known as asymmetry deformation orbitals concentration/depletion is a concept used for examination of transient symmetry behavior of carriers in the Single Wall Carbon Nanotubes exposed by electric field. ADOcon is a concept that describe the asymmetry behavior of Single Wall Carbon Nanotubes exposed by electric field. Increasing the lengths and electric fields yield to promotion of electron –hole asymmetry in SWCNTs (5, 0) exposed by longitudinal electric field.
