In this study, CoFe2O4 with spinel structure was synthesized by hydrothermal method with different temperatures and their activity studied in the process of photocatalytic removal of direct red pollutant under visible light. The results indicated that CoFe2O4 synthesized at temperature 180°C has the most photocatalytic activity in the removal of direct red pollutant
