Duo to their unique properties, the (Carbon Nanotubes) CNTs have the potential for many applications, including electronic devices, fuel cells, nano-composites, and … . Though there are several methods for producing nanotubes, but over the past years, catalytic growth has been considered by the chemical vapor deposition to produce of nanotubes, in this study by means of CVD method the carbon nanotube is constructed.
