Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, AsA) with the chemical formula C6H8O6, whose L-enantiomer is popularly known as vitamin C, it is an organic acid with antioxidant properties. In this work, solubility of the AsA/CNT and AsA/graphene were studied in different solvents such as acetone, acetonitrile, methanol, benzene and toluene with corresponding dielectric constants of 20.493, 35.688, 32.613, 2.270 and 2.374 respectively. Polar solvents have high dielectric constants and maybe are good solvents for dissolution of AsA-functionalized CNT and graphene.
