Coagulation is one of the common problems in Fluidized Beds, occurs by particle sticking. This phenomenon prevents forming uniform coverage on particles and the coating process will be incomplete. The present study attempts a new combined mechanism including timed-spraying flow, usage of the air circulation flow and intelligent system for setting the temperature of dryer in Top-Spray CFB. In this study we used three different materials with two different sizes 250, and 335 μm. Experiments were also done under three different conditions including without inner cylinder and constant spraying, with a long cylinder (17 cm) in the bed and scheduled spray system. Finally a proposed )cylinder 11cm) with timed-spraying would increase the efficiency of the coating, because more particles are fully in contact with the coating materials and they will have a chance to be completely covered. Obtained results of study showed our proposed system is efficient for coating the particles by decreasing the size of produced clods
