Bucket with Flexible Width for Hoe

Selecting the right machinery is a vital task in the success of construction projects. Generally, the project management teams have some difficulties and limitations in this selection, and thus they cannot provide their desired option of machinery for a construction work. This paper proposes a bucket with flexible width for hoe. Hoe is the most common piece of construction machinery found on commercial construction sites. Working with hoe needs to focus on the most important part of the machine: Bucket. Accordingly, the width of the bucket in hoe must be suit to the selected excavation work. The width of proposed bucket in this research has the ability to change to match to its job. A hoe with this new bucket can be a great help for excavation operation needing different width of trench e.g. trenching for pipeline.
