ارائه الگوي ساختار شكست كار جهت بهينه سازي پروژه هاي اكتشافي، با نگرشي ويژه بر اكتشاف عناصر پرتوزا

Work Breakdown Structure Model in order to Optimize Exploration Projects, with a Special View to the Discovery of Radioactive Elements

امروزه افزايش تقاضا براي تأمين انرژي هاي جايگزين سوخت هاي فسيلي نظير انرژي هسته اي با سوخت راديواكتيو، جستجو براي يافتن منابع آن را اجتنابناپذير ساخته است. كشور ايران با داشتن شرايط زمينشناسي منحصر به فرد، داراي مناطق با پتانسيل بالا براي اكتشاف اين منبع ارزشمند است. با توجه به شرايط زمينشناسي متفاوت تشكيل انديس هاي معدني، عناصر پرتوزا و موقعيت هر يك ميتوان فعاليت اكتشافي عناصر پرتوزا را نه يك عمليات دورهاي و مداوم، بلكه به عنوان يك پروژه تلقي نمود. براي كاهش ريسك سرمايه گذاري در اكثر پروژه هاي اكتشافي، فعاليت هاي آن به صورت مرحله اي انجام مي شود. از آنجا كه كميت و كيفيت هر فعاليت ميتواند متغير باشد، لذا زمان، هزينه و محصول هر پروژه اكتشافي متفاوت و منحصر بفرد خواهد بود. با توجه به پرهزينه و حجيم بودن پروژههاي اكتشافي، بايستي از الگوي مناسبي جهت شروع و تداوم فعاليت هاي اكتشافي بهره گرفت. به كارگيري روش هاي بهينه سازي مديريت پروژه توسط مجريان طرح هاي اكتشاف، باعث كاهش هزينه هاي اكتشافي، اجتناب از دوباره كاري، مردد بودن و اخذ تصميم هاي صحيح در مراحل مختلف اين پروژه ها خواهد گرديد. براي ارائه الگوي اكتشافي مناسب و رسم شبكه پروژه اكتشاف بايستي پروژه را تا حد امكان به فعاليت هاي كوچك تقسيم و ساختار شكست كار (WBS) آن را تهيه نمود. الگوي ساختار شكست كار (WBS) يكي از مهمترين فازهاي برنامه ريزي و كنترل پروژه مي باشد. در اين پژوهش، كنترل پروژه اكتشافي براساس تيپ رگه اي از نظر نوع انجام هر فعاليت در فازهاي چهارگانه اكتشاف(شناسايي، پيجويي، اكتشاف عمومي و اكتشاف تفضيلي) به كمك روش ساختار شكست كار (WBS) مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است.
