چكيده فارسي :
شركت هاي تعاوني بخش اعظمي از اقتصاد جهان را تشكيل مي دهند و تأمين كننده ي توسعه ي پايدار مي باشند. در اين بين، تعاون
هاي روستايي از جايگاه ويژهاي برخور مي باشند. چراكه نقش تعاوني هاي روستايي در توسعه ي روستايي بسيار مهم است.
تعاوني ها در اغلب كشورهاي جهان سوم با مشكلات و چالش هايي مواجه مي باشند كه موجب محدود شدن رشد و توسعه ي
تعاوني هاي روستايي گرديده است. بنابراين ضروري است تا به شناسايي چالش هاي توسعه ي تعاوني پرداخته و در جهت رفع
آن اهتمام ورزيد. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي چالش هاي توسعه ي تعاوني و تشكل هاي روستايي است. جامعه آماري اين
پژوهش شامل 170 نفر از تمامي مديران و اعضاء تعاوني و صاحب نظران در نواحي روستايي شهرستان بويراحمد بود كه با
استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. اعتبار محتوايي پرسشنامه با نظر گروهي از كارشناسان و متخصصان
در زمينه تعاون روستايي تأييد شد و براي تعيين قابليت اعتماد ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از پيشآزمون و بررسي نظرات 27 نفر از
افراد مطلع در زمينه مورد نظر انجام پذيرفت. مقدار آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شده 7 / 0 بود. به منظور تحليل داده ها نيز از روش
تحليل عاملي و نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از تحليل عاملي 14 عامل استخراج گشت. اين عوامل به
ترتيب ميزان اهميت شامل عوامل زيرساختي، سرمايه اجتماعي، اقتصادي، اطلاعرساني، فروش، بازاريابي، فني، دانشي، حمايتي،
محيطي، قانوني، اجتماعي، مديريتي و فردي استخراج شد كه 67 / 77 درصد از واريانس كل را دربرگرفتند. هر يك از اين عوامل
بايستي در رفع چالش هاي تعاوني روستايي بر حسب اهميت مورد توجه واقع شود.

Co-operative companies compose a large part of the world's economy and provide sustainable development. In the meantime, rural cooperatives are in a special position; because the role of rural cooperatives in rural development is very important. Cooperatives in most third world countries confronted problems and challenges that have limited the growth and development of rural cooperatives. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the cooperative development challenges and try to resolve them. The purpose of this study was to examine the challenges of cooperative development and rural organizations. The statistical population of this study consisted of 170 managers and cooperative members and experts in the rural areas of Boyer-Ahmad County who were selected by simple random sampling method. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts in the field of rural cooperatives. To determine the reliability of the research tool, a pre-test study and review of the views of 27 information keys in the field were considered. The calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.7. Factor analysis and SPSS software were used to analyze the data. In this research, 14 factors were extracted using factor analysis. These factors, according to their importance consist of infrastructural, social capital, economic, information, selling, marketing, technical, knowledge, supportive, environmental, legal, social, managerial and individual factors, respectively, which explained 77.67% of the total variances. Each of these factors should be considered in addressing the challenges of rural cooperatives.
