تحليل موانع توسعه گردشگري روستايي با استفاده از فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي: مورد روستاي فهرج شهرستان يزد

Analysis of Barriers to Development of Rural Tourism Using Analytical Hierarchy Process: Case of Fahreh Village in Yazd

گردشگرى رويكرد جديدى در توسعه روستايي است كه مي تواند در توانمندسازي مردم محلي و توسعه منابع انساني، تنوع بخشي اقتصادي و رشد آن، خلق فرصت هاي شغلي، ارتقاء استانداردهاي زندگي از طريق تأمين خدمات اجتماعي و پركردن شكاف بين نواحي شهري و روستايي در زمينه هاي مختلف و كاهش مهاجرت روستايي به شهرها، نقش عمدهاي داشته باشد. اما با توجه به نقش مهم اين صنعت در توسعه مناطق روستايي همواره موانعي وجود دارد كه توسعه اين صنعت را با چالش مواجه ميسازد. براين اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي موانع توسعه گردشگري در روستاي فهرج شهرستان يزد است. اين پژوهش به روش كيفي كمي و با استفاده از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كارشناسان اداره ميراث فرهنگي و گردشگري شهرستان يزد بود. در اين پژوهش، ابتدا موانع توسعه گردشگري روستايي از نظر كارشناسان مذكور مورد بررسي قرار گرفت سپس اولويت بندي موانع توسعه گردشگري با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي ) AHP ( با بهره گيري از نرم افزار 11Expert Choice صورت گرفت. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه موانع عمده در توسعه گردشگري روستايي عبارتند از ساختاري، اجتماعي فرهنگي، زيربنايي و آموزشي. بنابراين، براي توسعهي گردشگري روستايي در منطقه مورد مطالعه، پيشنهادهايي نظير توسعه ي تأسيسات و زير ساخت هاي رفاهي در روستا، تبليغات گسترده در جهت شناساندن جاذبه هاي منطقه، بهبود كيفيت راه هاي ارتباطي، آموزش و اطلاع رساني به مردم در نحوه ي برخورد با گردشگران و غيره قابل ارائه مي باشد.

Tourism is a new rural development approach that can help empower local people and develop human resources, diversify the economy and grow it, create job opportunities, promote standards of living through social services, and fill the gap between rural and urban areas. Different backgrounds and decreasing rural migration to cities have a major role. But due to the important role of this industry in the development of rural areas, there are always obstacles to the development of this industry. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to investigate the barriers of tourism development in Fahraj village of Yazd city. This research is done quantitatively using interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts from the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Office of Yazd. In this research, firstly, the barriers of rural tourism development were considered by the experts. The priorities of tourism development barriers were analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice11 software. The research findings showed that the main obstacles in the development of rural tourism are structural, socio-cultural, infrastructure and educational. Therefore, for the development of rural tourism in the study area, suggestions such as the development of facilities and welfare infrastructure in the village, extensive advertising to identify the attractions of the region, improve the quality of communication paths, educate and inform people about how to deal It can be provided with tourists and so on.
