تحليل عوامل تأثيرگذار بر انجام پايان نامه و مهمترين مشكلات مربوطه از ديدگاه دانش آموختگان كارشناسي ارشد كشاورزي دانشگاه زنجان

Analysis of Effective factors on dissertation writing and its related problems from the viewpoints of Agricultural M.Sc. Graduates in the University of Zanjan

شناسايي مشكلات سر راه اجراي پايان نامه و عوامل مؤثر بر تدوين باكيفيت پايان نامه از ديدگاه دانش آموختگان، شناخت صحيح و واقع بينانه اي را براي برنامه ريزي هاي آموزشي و پژوهشي فراهم مي كند. اين تحقيق نيز با هدف فوق در دانشگاه زنجان صورت گرفت. جامعه آماري شامل همه 326 دانش آموخته سال هاي 1390 و 1391 كارشناسي ارشد دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه زنجان بودند كه حجم نمونه اي به تعداد 202 نفر از آنان با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان و به روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي تصادفي انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اي بود كه روايي آن توسط متخصصان آموزش عالي كشاورزي تائيد شد و با انجام مطالعه مقدماتي و محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بزرگتر از 8 / 0 براي شاخص هاي تركيبي از پايايي آن اطمينان حاصل شد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان دادند كه از بين عوامل تأثيرگذار بر انجام باكيفيت پايان نامه، راهنمايي و حمايت استاد راهنما، محيط مناسب پژوهشي و دسترسي به امكانات پژوهشي در رتبه هاي اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. همچنين از بين مشكلات موردبررسي نيز، گردآوري داده ها در قالب طرح تحقيق (آزمايش هاي مزرعه اي، آزمايشگاهي، ميداني، مصاحبه و ...)، روند اداري دانشگاه، دانشكده و گروه آموزشي و تحليل و توصيف آماري داده ها در رتبه هاي اول تا سوم قرار داشتند.

Identifying the problems in implementing the dissertation and the factors affecting the quality of dissertation from the graduates' viewpoint provides an accurate and realistic information for educational and research planning. This research was conducted with the above goal at the University of Zanjan. The statistical population consisted of all 326 graduate students in 1390 and 1391 in the Faculty of Agriculture. A sample of 202 of them was selected by using stratified randomized sampling method and based on the Morgan and Krejcie sampling table. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by the viewpoints of higher education experts. By conducting a pretest and calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient greater than 0.8 for the combined indices, its reliability was confirmed. The research findings showed that among the factors influencing the quality of the dissertation, the guidance and support of the supervisor, the appropriate research environment and access to research facilities were ranked from the first to third. Also, among the problems surveyed, the data collection process in the form of research design (field experiments, laboratory, field, interviewing, etc.), the administrative process of the university, faculty, and department, and analysis and descriptive statistics of data were ranked form the first to third.
