نظام توليد ناب به عنوان رويكرد نوين ترويج و آموزش در كاهش ضايعات محصولات كشاورزي

Lean Production System as a New Approach of Extension and Education in Reducing Agricultural Waste

كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي با چالش هاي مهمي از لحاظ امنيت غذايي و توليد، مديريت محيط زيست و كاهش فقر مواجه اند. كشاورزي نقش مهمي را در اشتغال ايفا مي كند و توسعه آن منجر به توسعه روستايي و به دنبال آن توسعه كشور مي شود. با اين وجود، جمعيت رو به افزايش مصرف كننده نياز به مواد غذايي بيشتر و سالمتري دارد. اين در حاليست كه بخش كشاورزي در كشورمان در چند دهه اخير با بيشترين ميزان ضايعات مواجه است كه اين امر به دليل عدم رويكرد مديريتي ترويجي مناسب در اين بخش است. نظام توليد ناب به عنوان رويكرد نظام نوين ترويج سعي دارد كه از طريق كاهش يا حذف ضايعات (هزينه هاي اضافي در كل فرآيند توليد)، محصولاتي را در بالاترين كيفيت، در زمان و مكان و قيمت مناسب از ديدگاه مشتري ارائه دهد. رويكرد نظام توليد ناب يك فرآيندي است كه در آن منافع و رضايت همه عوامل توليد و به ويژه مصرف كنندگان (مشتري) لحاظ شده است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه رويكرد نوين ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي (رويكرد نظام توليد ناب) جهت حذف ضايعات و هدررفت ها در كليه فرآيند توليد (كاشت، داشت، برداشت، بسته بندي، حمل و نقل و بازاريابي و ...) مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر به روش مروري و با بهره گيري از مطالعات پيشين و بررسي اسناد انجام گرفت. ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي با ارائه مباني و اصول نظام توليد ناب به كشاورزان و اجراي اين اصول در سطح مزرعه، مي تواند به كاهش ضايعات و افزايش ميزان توليد و بهره وري و درنهايت افزايش رضايت مشتريان كمك كند.

Agriculture and natural resources face major challenges in terms of food security and production, environmental management and poverty reduction. Agriculture plays an important role in employment and its development leads to rural development followed by the development of the country. However, a growing consumer population needs more and more healthy food. This is despite the fact that agricultural sector in our country has faced the greatest amount of waste in the last few decades. Due to the lack of appropriate managerial approach in this sector, lean production system as a new extension system approach tries to deliver products in the highest quality, at a reasonable price, time and place, from the customer's point of view by reducing or eliminating waste (additional costs in the entire production process). Lean production system is a process in which the interests and satisfaction of all factors of production, particularly consumers (customers) are included. The purpose of this study was to present a new approach to agricultural extension and education (lean production system approach) to eliminate waste and losses in all production processes (planting, harvesting, packaging, transportation and marketing, etc.). The present study was conducted using a review method and utilizing previous and documents. In this regard, the agricultural extension and education by providing the basics and principles of a lean production system to farmers and implementing these principles at the farm level can help to reduce waste and increase production and productivity, and ultimately help to increase customer satisfaction.
