چكيده فارسي :
مراتع از گسترده ترين منابع طبيعي محيط زيست كره زمين محسوب مي شوند. به علت نقش مهمي كه اين منابع در حفظ آب
و خاك، توليد اكسيژن و تعادل زيست بوم دارند از عوامل پايه در فرآيند توسعه پايدار به شمار مي روند. لذا ضرورت حفظ ،
احياء، توسعه و بهره برداري پايدار از آن در قالب يك سيستم مدرن امري بديهي و مورد اهتمام خواهد بود. يكي از اوصول
مديريت صحيح در زمينه حفظ ، احياء و بهره برداري بهينه از مراتع، توسعه منابع انساني است كه مستلزم بهره گيري از
رهيافت ها و استراتژ ي هاي ترويجي مي باشد. ترويج به منزله راهبردي در توسعه است كه با جلب مشاركت مردم در حفاظت
و احياء مراتع نقش ويژه اي در توسعه متعادل و پايدار دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش ترويج در حفاظت و احيا،
مراتع با رويكردي تحول گرا به تبيين مفاهيم اهميت مراتع، اهداف، رسالت و اهميت ترويج، فلسفه و استراتژي هاي نظام
ترويج منابع طبيعي، روش هاي آموزشي ترويج و نقش آموزش هاي ترويجي در حفظ ، احياء و توسعه مراتع مي پردازد. مقاله
پيش رو كه به روش توصيفي تحليلي و برگرفته از منابع كتابخانه اي تهيه شده، به اين نتايج دست يافته است كه، ترويج قادر -
است بابهره گيري ازسازه هاو روش هاي ماهيتي خود در جلب مشاركت مرتع داران و ساير ذينفعان در حفظ ، احياء و توسعه
مراتع به طور هدفمند در راستاي توسعه پايدار با رويكردي تحول گرا موثر و مفيد واقع گردد. همچنين بيانگر لزوم اهميت
ترويج با جلب مشاركت مردم در جلوگيري از تخريب مراتع، ايجاد تحول در بينش بهره برداران، شناساندن اهميت مراتع از
ابعاد زيست محيطي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي به عامه مردم و طراحي الگوي مشاركتي در زمينه حفظ ، احياء و توسعه مراتع و
تشويق بهره برداران جهت مشاركت در اجراي طرح ها و فعاليت هاي آموزشي ترويجي مي باشد. اين مقاله در نهايت
راهكارهايي را ني در راستاي حفاظت و توسعه پايدار مراتع، پيشنهاد مي نمايد.

Rangelands are considered to be the most extensive natural resources of the Earth's Natural Environment. Due to the important role they play in preserving soil and water, production of oxygen and ecosystem balance, they are the main factors in the process of sustainable development. Therefore, the necessity of conservation, restoration, development and sustainable exploitation of it in the form of a modern system will be obvious.One of the principles of proper management in the field of conservation, restoration and optimal utilization of rangelands is the development of human resources that requires the use of extension methods and structures. extension is a strategic development that has a special role in sustainable development with the involvement of people in the conservation and rehabilitation of pastures. The present paper is based on Library Studies about the importance of the pastures, the goals, the mission and importance of extension, the philosophy and strategies of the system for the extension of natural resources, the educational methods of promotion and the role of educational training in the conservation and rehabilitation of pastures.The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of extension in rangeland preservation and renewal with a transformative approach. The results of this research, while explaining the abilities and functions of the extension, using its structures and its methods for attracting people's participation in the maintenance and rehabilitation of pastures, suggest solutions to the sustainable preservation and development of pastures, indicating the importance of extension by attracting people's participation in Preventing the degradation of pastures, creating a change in the perception of exploiters, identifying the importance of pastures from the environmental, economic and social dimensions to the general public and designing a participatory model for the conservation, rehabilitation and development of pastures and encouraging operators to participate in the implementation of educational projects and activities.
