The Effect of Individual Factors and Information Resources Used by greenhouse owners in Zanjan Province on Acceptance of Insurance by them

ازآنجاكه شرايط توليد در كشاورزي به طور اعم و گلخانه داري به طور اخص، ناپايدار و مخاطره آميز مي باشد، بنابراين، در اين راستا بيمه محصولات كشاورزي و گلخانه اي مي تواند به عنوان ابزاري مؤثر و مطمئن براي محافظت از امنيت اقتصادي توليدكنندگان اين بخش ها محسوب شود. تحقيق توصيفي همبستگي حاضر باهدف بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر پذيرش بيمه محصولات گلخانه اي توسط گلخانه داران استان زنجان در سال 1394 صورت گرفت. اعتبار و روايي ابزار تحقيق با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان موضوعي تعيين گرديد. پايايي ابزار تحقيق از طريق انجام مطالعه مقدماتي و محاسبه آلفاي كرونباخ بزرگتر از 7 / 0 براي بخش هاي مختلف حاصل شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق را كليه گلخانه داران استان زنجان تشكيل مي دادند (80 نفر). از طريق روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده 66 گلخانه دار انتخاب و به دليل عدم پاسخگويي كامل نه نفر از گلخانه داران به كليه سؤالات و حذف آنها از فرايند تحليل 57 پرسشنامه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان دادند كه ميزان استفاده اكثريت گلخانه داران از منابع اطلاعاتي و رسانه هاي جمعي در حد متوسط مي باشد. اكثريت آنها رضايت شغلي متوسط و به بالا داشتند.(6 / 82 درصد). نتايج تحليل لجستيك نيز نشان داد كه استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتي و رضايت شغلي 31 درصد احتمال پذيرش بيمه گلخانه داران را تبيين ميكند.

Since the conditions of production in agriculture in general and greenhouse, in particular, are unsustainable and risky, therefore, agricultural and greenhouse insurance can be considered as an effective and safe tool for protecting the economic security of the producers of these sectors. This descriptive correlation study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the acceptance of greenhouse insurance by greenhouse owners in Zanjan province in 1394. The validity of the research tool was determined using the opinions of the specialized experts. The reliability of the research tool was obtained through a preliminary study and calculating Cronbach Alpha coefficient greater than 0.7 for different sections. The statistical population of the study consisted of all greenhouse owners in Zanjan province (80 people). Using randomized sampling method, 66 greenhouse owners were selected and nine of the greenhouse owners didn't respond completely to all questions and with the removal of them from the analysis, 57 questionnaires were analyzed. The results of the research showed that the majority of greenhouse owners use the information resources and mass media in the medium level. Most of them had average and high job satisfaction (82.6%). The results of logistic analysis also showed that the use of information resources and job satisfaction explained 31% of the probability of accepting greenhouse insurance.
