Educational Needs of Agricultural Technical and Vocational Students Employed in the Work Plan While Studying in Agricultural Research and Education Centers

يكي از اهداف آموزش هاي علمي كاربردي كشاورزي بوجود آوردن زمينه مهارت جويي دانشجويان در كنار يادگيري مفاهيم علمي روز كشاورزي است . لذا برنامه ريزي به منظور اجراي پروژه هاي عملياتي از جمله طرح هاي كارحين تحصيل از رويكردهاي مهم نظام آموزش عالي علمي كابردي كشاورزي در مراكز آموزش جهاد كشاورزي است . پژوهش حاضر به بررسي نيازهاي آموزشي با رويكرد تجزيه و تحليل مشكلات طرح كار حين تحصيل دانشجويان و با رويكرد تحقيقات كيفي به صورت موردكاوي بوده است و با استفاده از فن تحليل محتواي كيفي انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش مصاحبه عميق و نيمه ساختارمند بود. جامعه آماري شامل دانشجويان شاغل در طرح كار حين تحصيل بودند كه با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند 7 نفر از دانشجويان در دو مركز آموزش عالي امام خميني و مركز آموزش دامغان انتخاب شدند. براي قابليت اعتبار از تكنيك مثلثسازي و براي پايايي از هدايت دقيق جريان مصاحبه ها، ايجاد فرايند ساختمند براي اجرا و تفسير مصاحبه ها و تشكيل كميته تخصصي استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از فن تحليل محتواي كيفي با رويكرد استقرايي منجر به استخراج 95 كد اوليه شد كه در 6 مضمون اصلي دسته بندي گرديد. كمبود آموزش هاي عملي و كاربردي تخصصي و به روز، مشكلات اداري و اجرايي طرح، فراهم نبودن زيرساخت هاي فيزيكي و مالي براي اجراي طرح، عدم آگاهي در مورد نحوه نوشتن طرح هاي پيشنهادي كاربردي و واقعي، عدم شناخت بازار و نياز واقعي مشتريان و عدم آمادگي عملي، مهارتي و رواني دانشجويان براي شروع طرح از مشكلات طرح كار حين تحصيل از نظر دانشجويان بود. با توجه به يافته ها برگزاري دوره هاي آموزشي در زمينه بازاريابي و بازارشناسي، مديريت واحد توليدي-اقتصادي، و روش هاي دسترسي به اطلاعات براي دانشجويان شاغل در طرح هاي كار حين تحصيل پيشنهاد شد.

One of the goals of agricultural technical and vocational education is to create academic skills in students along with learning the scientific concepts of agriculture. So in order to implement operational projects, the programs such as work plans while studying, is one of the important approaches of the technical and vocational education system in agricultural research and education centers. The aim of the present study was investigate the educational needs of using work plan problems' analysis approach during the study and by qualitative research approach. The data gathering tool was a deep and semi-structured interview. The statistical population consisted of students working in the work plan during the study, which was selected through targeted sampling of 7 students in two Imam Khomeini and Damghan Higher Education Centers. For reliability, triangulation technique was used to ensure the accuracy of the conduct of the interviews, the creation of a constructive process for the implementation and interpretation of interviews and the formation of a specialized committee. Data analysis using qualitative content analysis technique with inductive approach that resulted showed 95 initial codes that were categorized in 6 main themes. Lack of specialized and up-to-date and practical training, Administrative and executive problems of the project, the lack of physical and financial infrastructure for projects, lack of knowledge about how to write practical proposals, Lack of recognition of the market and the actual needs of customers and lack of practical, skillful and psychological readiness for students to start the project were the most problems of the work plan during the study in the students' view. According to the findings, conduct training about marketing and market, business unit management and methods of access to information has been suggested for students who working in work plans while studying.
