آموزش عالي كشاورزي به طور اخص، يكي از پايه هاي اصلي توسعه كشاورزي هر كشور مي باشد. لذا، بهبود كيفيت آموزش عالي كشاورزي بايستي در راس برنامه اي توسعه كشور قرارگيرد. پژوهش ها و مطالعات انجام شده حاكي از آن است كه با وجود تمامي تلاش ها و توفيقات، آموزش عالي كشاورزي ايران در حال حاضر با چالش ها و تنگناهاي متعددي روبروست. در اين راستا مطالعه و تجزيه و تحليل مشكلات و معضلات آموزش عالي كشاورزي كشورمان، حائز اهميت مي باشد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي مشكلات و بحران هاي آموزش عالي كشاورزي ايران طراحي و تدوين شد و از روش كيفي براي جمع آوري و تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات استفاده گرديد. در اين راستا تعداد نه مشكل و معضل اساسي در آموزش عالي كشاورزي مورد شناسايي و بررسي قرار گرفت و راهبردها و راهكارهاي حل مشكلات معرفي شدند. با جمع بندي نتايج پژوهش، مي توان اذعان نمود كه جهت ارتقاء كيفيت آموزش عالي كشاورزي لازم است برنامه ريزي دقيق و جامعي صورت پذيرد و با بهره گيري از ديدگاه سيستمي، مسائل مربوط به كل جامعه و از جمله جامعه روستايي و كشاورزي كشور با هم نگريسته شود. همچنين بايستي برنامه هاي توسعه كشور در افق آينده نيز در نظر گرفته شود.

In particular, agricultural higher education is one of the most important elements of agricultural development in each country. Therefore, improving the quality of agricultural higher education should be placed at the head of the country's development program. Researches and studies have shown that, despite all of the efforts and successes, agricultural higher education in Iran is currently faces with several challenges and problems. In this regard, studying and analyzing the problems and challenges of the agricultural higher education is important in our country. Therefore, this study was designed to investigate the problems and crises of agricultural higher education in Iran and a qualitative research method was used to collect and analyze information. In this regard, number nine basic problems in agricultural higher education were identified and studied and some problem-solving strategies and solutions were introduced. By summarizing the results of the research, it can be admitted that in order to promote the quality of the agricultural higher education, it is necessary to have a thorough and comprehensive planning and, by using a systemic perspective, the issues of the whole society, such as the rural and agricultural community must be considered.
