Investigating the design factors of hospitals with a passive defense approach

Hospitals and medical spaces are the main service centers in cities that must have the desired level of performance in different conditions and situations to be able to provide adequate guarantees to reduce the rate of loss and loss of life. Investigating the factors and factors of designing medical centers by using the principles of passive defense can play an important role in increasing the level of safety and stability of medical spaces and hospitals in times of threat. This leads to an increase in the city s ability to respond to health needs both in times of peace and in times of crisis and threat, which plays a prominent role in reducing the risk of death. This study started by examining the effective factors in passive defense of innovations in Mani and hospitals by reviewing the literature and then based on these data, conceptual modeling of the research was performed .The researchers then designed a questionnaire on the factors affecting the efficiency of hospitals based on the application of passive defense principles, the validity and reliability of which were assessed by Cronbach s alpha method. Finally, by analyzing the received data with the method of hierarchical analysis, the weights to the indicators, components and dimensions of the model were determined and the priority of the factors was determined. The results show that natural and man-made threats, the essential actions of passive defense, the architectural requirements in passive defense and the architectural requirements of medical spaces have different effects on each other.
