In this talk, we will consider the Birkhoff sums f(n; x; h), where f is a continuous function with zero average on the unit circle, generated by irrational rotation. We show that the unique boundary condition of growth rate of sequence max f(n; x; h) for n ! 1; if the average of the Birkho sums, i.e. 1 n f(n; x; h) is approaching to zero.
