اعتباريابي و پايايي سنجي مقياس اندازه گيري صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي آموزشگران در هنرستان هاي كشاورزي

Construction and Validation of a Scale to Measure Professional Competencies of Educators in Agriculture High Schools

هدف اين تحقيق توصيفي- همبستگي اعتباريابي و پايايي سنجي مقياس اندازه گيري صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي با استفاده از تحليل عاملي تاييدي بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را 295 نفر از آموزشگران هنرستان هاي كشاورزي در استان هاي شمال غرب كشور شامل آذربايجان غربي، آذربايجان شرقي، اردبيل و زنجان تشكيل دادند كه با توجه به جدول بارتلت و همكاران ( 2001 ) 210 نفر از آنان با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي با انتساب متناسب به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديد. اعتبار پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و كارشناسان در زمينه موضوع مورد پژوهش مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. به منظور بررسي اعتبار سازه (شامل اعتبار همگرا و تشخيصي) و پايايي ابزار تحقيق و برآورد مدل اندازه گيري پژوهش از تحليل عاملي تاييدي از طريق نرم افزار 20AMOS استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه اهميت هر سه عامل بررسي شده شامل صلاحيت هاي پايه، آموزشي و شخصي بر اساس داده هاي ميداني مورد تاييد قرار گرفته (برازش مناسب مدل) و اين عامل ها از اعتبار و پايايي مناسب براي سنجش صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي آموزشگران برخوردار بودند. بر اين اساس، مدل/ مقياس توسعه داده شده در اين مطالعه مي تواند در پژوهش هاي آتي براي اندازه گيري/ سنجش صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي آموزش گران مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

The main objective of this descriptive-correlative study was to construction and validation of a scale to measure professional competencies using confirmatory factor analysis. The statistical population of the research contained of all educators of agriculture high schools in the north west provinces including, West Azarbaijan, East Azarbaijan, Ardebil and Zanjan (N=295). According to Bartlett et al. (2001) table, a sample size of 210 was selected using a stratified random sampling method (n=210). Data were collected using the research-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was established by a panel of experts. The confirmatory factor analysis was used in order to determine the construct validity (e.g. convergent and divergent validity) and the reliability of the instrument and estimate the measurement model using the AMOS20 software. The results showed that the importance of all three factors of basic, educational and personal competencies has been verified based on field data (appropriate fit of the model) and these factors had a suitable validity and reliability to measure educators’ professional competencies. Accordingly, the developed scale in the study can contribute to measure educators’ professional competencies in the future research.
