Investigating the changes of traditional houses over the time with the help of space syntax software (Case study: Akbar Javanmardi house)

در دهه هاي اخيرگسترش ارتباطات و سهولت دسترسي و سفر به مناطق مختلف جهان باعث شده تا خصوصا در جوامع با قدمت تاريخي، باززنده سازي بافت هاي تاريخي و توسعه صنعت گردشگري مورد توجه دولت ها قرار گيرد. از آنجا كه ادامه حيات بافت هاي تاريخي مستلزم حفظ حضور انساني و جريان زندگي روزمره مردم در كوچه پس كوچه هاي بافت است، شناسايي بناهاي تاريخي و ارزشمند بافت و حفظ حضور افراد (ساكنين و مخاطبين) در اين بناها خواهد توانست به باززنده سازي بافت كمك كند و سبب رونق صنعت گردشگري شود. از اينرو تحقيقات بسياري با هدف شناسايي كالبد اوليه بناهاي تاريخي، بررسي تغييراتي كه در طي ادوار مختلف در آن اتفاق افتاده و نيز چگونگي باززنده سازي و احياي آن صورت مي گيرد. ايران به عنوان يكي از كشورهاي داراي قدمت تاريخي و شيراز به عنوان يكي از شهرهاي قديمي و تاريخي آن كه ارزش هاي معماري، شهرسازي، فرهنگي و هنري را در دل بافت تاريخي خود جاي داده است، مورد مناسبي براي تحقيق و بررسي در اين حوزه بشمار مي آيد. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ آن است ﺗﺎ در راستاي دستيابي به اهداف فوق و به منظور پاسخگويي به سوالات پژوهش به بررسي تحليلي خانه تاريخي جوانمردي (واقع در محله اسحق بيگ شيراز) در چهار حوزه همسايگي ، ارتباط فضايي ، ديد و چشم انداز و نيز ساختار منظر آن بپردازد. در اين پژوهش جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق روش هاي ميداني و مصاحبه با صاحب خانه صورت گرفته و سعي شده با كمك يكي از نرم افزارهاي تحليل فضا (Space Syntax) و با روشي تفسيري- تاريخي به بررسي اطلاعات پرداخته شود. نتايج در قالب چهار حوزه مذكور، به بيان تغييرات بنا و نمايش اثرات مثبت يا منفي اين تغييرات بر رفتار استفاده كنندگان از آن، در جهت كمك به باززنده سازي و احياي اين بناي ارزشمند تاريخي مي پردازد.

In recent decades, the expansion of communication and open access and travel to different parts of the world has led to the attention of governments, especially in historically ancient societies, the rehabilitation of historical contexts and the development of the tourism industry .The survival of historical textures requires the preservation of the human presence and the flow of people s daily lives in the street context, Identifying valuable historical buildings and maintaining the presence of people (residents and audiences) in this building will be able to revitalize context to help and boost the tourism industry. Many researches are carried out with the aim of identifying the first framework of historical buildings, examining the changes that have taken place in it during different periods, as well as how it is regenerated and restored. Iran as one of the countries with historical antiquity and Shiraz as one of its old and historical cities that values. It has placed architecture, urban planning, culture and art in the heart of its historical context, it is a suitable case for research and study in this field. This research aims to achieve the above goals .Analytical study of Javanmardi s historical house (located in Ishaq Beig neighborhood of Shiraz) in four areas: neighborhood , spatial communication , outlook and landscape structure . this research with data collection through field methods and interviews with The owner of the house has tried to examine the information with the help of one of the space analysis software (Space Syntax) and with the interpretive-historical method. The behavior of its users, in order to help revitalize and revive this valuable historical building.
