چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻫﺎي ﺑﺬرزاد ﮐﻠﺰا ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﯿﻮﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﯿﻮﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﻋﺼﺎره ﭼﻬﺎرﮔﯿﺎه) آوﯾﺸﻦ، ﺧﺮزﻫﺮه و ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮي ﺷﻬﺮي و ﺷﯿﺮازي ( وﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮدن اﺛﺮ ﺑﯿﻮﭘﺮاﯾﻤﻨﯿﮓ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪه از ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن را ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و رﺷﺪي ﮐﻠﺰا ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﺎي آﺑﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن و ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، ﻋﺼﺎره آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ را ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و رﺷﺪي ﮐﻠﺰا داﺷﺖ و ﻋﻼه ﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ اي ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻗﺎرﭼﯽ ﺑﺬرزاد ﮐﻠﺰا را ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﮐﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of rapeseed seed priming on improvement of germination and control of
experimental seed diseases, a completely randomized design with three replications was conducted at
Seed Science and Technology Laboratory of Shahed University. Experimental treatments included biopriming
with four extracts (Thymus, Oleander and Dragon’ head and Lady’s mantle) and control
treatment. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of bio-priming of seed on germination and
control of canola seed diseases. According to the results of the experiment, it was the best treatment for
thyme extract, in addition to significantly increasing the percentage and rate of germination and
increasing root and shoot length significantly controlling the pathogenicity of the seeds
