چكيده فارسي :
Amorphization and mechanical crystallization during ball milling of Fe-33.3 at% Ti system was studied. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) was used for phase identification and study of amorphization. It was revealed that the amorphous phase forms directly at lower energies without formation of intermetallic phases. However, continued milling resulted in the devitrification of the powder with the appearance of the diffraction peaks α-Fe as a result of mechanically-induced crystallization. For unambiguous analysis of the amorphization, the quantitative XRD amorphization parameter was taken into account. This parameter was found to be applicable for identification of the amorphization and mechanical crystallization during ball milling of powders.
